PRIMING - PUMP CHECK VALVES

Your RAP200 Paint Station is equipped with check valves for better paint

management. Storing the unit with water in the pump, inadequate flushing,

or ingested debris can cause the check valves to malfunction. If the pump

doesn’t prime, try to loosen the internal components of the check valves by

tapping the valves (A) with a small wrench. The sprayer should be on and

running with the lever (B) in the prime position.

CEBADO- VÁLVULAS DE COMPROBACIÓN DE LA BOMBA

Su estación de pintura RAP200 está equipada con válvulas de comprobación para

poder administrar mejor la pintura. Si guarda la unidad con agua en la bomba, con

una purga deficiente o con taponamientos de residuos, las válvulas de comprobación

pueden averiarse. Si la bomba no ceba, intente aflojar los componentes internos de

las válvulas de comprobación golpeando ligeramente las válvulas (A) con una llave

pequeña. El rociador debe estar encendido y en pleno funcionamiento, con la

palanca (B) en la posición de cebado.
