Carefully remove the product and any accessories from the box. Make sure that all items listed in

the packing list are included. Remove rubber end cap and hanger cap from the edger attachment shaft before installing.

Tighten the shaft screw into the hole on the edger attachment shaft using supplied wrench.

Tighten securely by turning the gear head screw to clamp gear head around shaft.

When fully secure, the shaft cannot be rotated.

Loosen the knob on the coupler of the power head shaft.

Push in the button located on the edger attachment. Align the button with the guide

recess on the power head coupler and slide the two shafts together.

Tighten the knob securely.

Install the edger attachment shaft into opening on the gear head so that the hole on the top of the attachment shaft

lines up with the shaft screw as shown. Be sure the arrows on the gear head and the edger attachment shaft meet.
